It really is a sad aspect of our reality that we human beings can be so inhumane and cruel and are truly capable of justifying such behaviour and acts.
The thing that upsets me the deepest is that hideous cruelty is rewarded and built into nature. I see how insects kill each other and think of ourselves. Our society should do better. :(
