Do the symptoms diminish when you're away from people/infrastructure, or vice-versa?
I found some success in keeping what little remains of my dental terrain by supplementing hard with Magnesium L-Threonate and Vitamin K2 (stack's bigger than that, but those are the two I believe made a solid difference in the tooth decay specifically 🙏).
And I swear to God I'm either going to find the frequency pattern that stimulates tooth regrowth a-la Robert Becker, or I'll be making a set of dentures with one tooth from each of the people most directly responsible for this continual crime against Humanity. Either works for me~ 🦷🥰😂
When I ever get moved (sposed to be out end of Aug), and after that I plan to get a new laptop (majorly dwarfed my online time when Putie died!), and THEN I can perhaps find the way to upload someone's book somewhere... k? Remind me if I forget.

I only started a year and a half ago, took me six months with old AI, if you're willing to spend 20$ a month on claude code or codex or kimi code (so it can do tech support straight from your terminal) it would take you no more than 4. you'll be using it the first day but it'll take a couple months to really be comfy.

I have a dental issue as well... They're just dying to put me through surgery, thousands of $$, I've no doubt, and I've read, though I can't remember where I read it, but the advice was to NOT get teeth pulled, and to NOT get implants. And that's exactly what this dentist wants. I have a HOLE in one, rotting away, and another one that's just broken. I stuff garlic up into the bad one and leave it in there all night... keeps the infection down. Trying to get moved to another county right now, so I'm waiting, and plan to seek out an Holistic Dentist, if they exist anywhere nearby...
So sorry to hear of your terrible trouble!! Things are so much scarier when we have a medical issue... I trust NONE of the MIC type of medical people! Not because they're evil, but because they're IGNORANT (read: Brainwashed).

There are like pacific island nations that are treated like America, like apparently Micronesia? I seriously considered just looking for a dentist on one of those little islands with absurdly low cost of living heh. Terrifying idea though, it's like choosing your source of fear/suffering :/
I've seriously considered more industrial options too like crazy toxic epoxies from the hardware store /sigh

Costa rica is the latin America best spot imo for dental tourism. for Europe its apparently Hungary. (I dug into this a few times but it's wildly complicated and I had to heavily rely on the AI, might be better to find medical tourism subreddits or something.)
